Frequently Asked Questions

Many of our customers have had plenty questions about body shop repair, and insurance claims. Here are some things you should know before repairing your vehicle.

YOUR VEHICLE IS YOURS!
  • You picked it out, and you paid for it. You, and you alone have the legal right to have it repaired at the shop of your choice.

INSURANCE COMPANY'S "PERFERED LIST"
  • Insureance companies do not necessarily choose shops for their reputation, performance or abilities, but rather on what type of agreement of labor and parts discounts the shop is willing to give them. This could be dtrimental to the quality of the repairs performed on your vehicle.

BIGGEST IS NOT ALWAYS BEST
  • The size of the repair facility does not always reflect the quality of the work.
  • In fact it could reflect poor quality work.
  • Overhead and related expenditures can cause a rushed repair, with low or no quality control.

EXPERIENCE VERSUS SPEED
  • Do you want your car repaired real bad, or REALLY BAD?
  • We expedite the repairs to your car as quickly as we can without jeopardizing the high quality you expect..

QUALITY VERSUS QUANTITY
  • A shop with a high number of emplyees does not mean quality work. In fact the majority of the workers have little, or no long term experience, and move from shop to shop.

STEERING IS ILLEGAL!
  • Insurance companies can not tell you where to get your car repaired. This is illegal and unethical. If this occurs, inform the insurance representiative that you are aware of your rights.
  • You may also inform the State of Georgia Insureance Commissioner of the companies practice.
  • They may also use other tactics to discourage you from using a shop other than the ones they have a contract with.
  • These contracts are not for your benefit, but rather to save the insurance company money... not you.
  • We are willing to negotiate with all insurance companies and teir policies as long as it does not effect the quality of the work performed on YOUR CAR.
